Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund terms for all customers. Please review the following conditions before booking.

Cancellation Terms

• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before rental start.
• 50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before rental start.
• No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before rental start.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to our customer support team.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Exceptions

Refunds may not apply in cases of no‑show, early return, or violation of rental terms. Special promotional bookings may have different cancellation rules.
